Having qualified over fifteen years ago in gym instruction and circuit training I continued my training in core stability, nutrition as well as advanced personal training. Over the years I have trained all types of people from all different backgrounds with all different goals from professional sportsmen and women to less active people wanting to tone up and lose weight and everything in between.
If your goal is important to you then it is important to me. The effort must come from you but I’m here to show you just what effort is needed in what direction to get where you want to be. Of course there must be a fun element on the way.
I am mainly mobile based which allows me to bring the gym to you, whether it be training you in your lounge, spare room, garage or when the weather allows outdoors.
I have trained a broad range of clients throughout my career ranging from professional sportsmen, to rehab. clients and untrained individuals with risk factors such as diabetes and high blood pressure. My belief is that the key to any successful program is to accurately define the motivating factors for exercise and steer the client towards their goals in a fun and educational manner so that a healthy lifestyle becomes a way of life.
